ANTICORIT DFO 8101 is an advanced, barium-free dewatering fluid and corrosion preventive oil designed to rapidly displace water from metal surfaces. It leaves behind a thin, nearly odourless, and oily protective film suitable for short- to medium-term storage, inter-process handling, and transport protection. The product is fully compatible with standard motor and gear oils, meaning the protective film generally does not need to be removed prior to component installation or machinery start-up. It features high stability against acidic or alkaline contamination, making it ideal for the galvanizing industry, and includes a fluorescent dye for easy optical detection under UV inspection. Application is typically performed via immersion dipping baths or spraying, and the film can be easily cleaned using water-based industrial detergents or solvent cleaners if required.
