Dyade CHAIN-PLUS HTC GRAPH is a highly specialized, ultra-high-temperature synthetic chain lubricant formulated with a 10% dispersion of micro-fine solid graphite particles suspended in a premium synthetic ester carrier. Packaged in a versatile 20-liter pail, this advanced fluid is engineered to solve extreme temperature lubrication challenges where conventional oils immediately smoke, burn off, or leave heavy, abrasive carbon crusts. The fluid operates on a smart thermal transition principle. At temperatures up to 200°C, the synthetic ester carrier provides fluid film lubrication. As temperatures climb past 250°C, the liquid carrier evaporates cleanly without leaving any sticky residues, sludge, or carbon deposits. It leaves behind a smooth, highly tenacious, and incredibly thin dry layer of solid graphite film. This dry boundary layer remains structurally stable up to 600°C, providing an exceptionally low coefficient of friction and preventing component seizure under extreme thermal conditions. Because it contains no mineral oils, soaps, or abrasive additives, it maintains pristine equipment conditions when applied in minimal, controlled quantities. This 20-liter container is ideal for targeted manual application or integrated automated spray systems on high-temperature conveyor chains, slow-speed kiln bearings, drying tunnels, bakery ovens, threaded spindles, and sliding bushings. It is heavily utilized in demanding industrial sectors such as ceramics manufacturing, steel plants, commercial bakeries, and chemical glass manufacturing. Operational Note: Always shake or stir the lubricant thoroughly prior to use to ensure the graphite solids are evenly distributed throughout the synthetic carrier fluid.
