COMP-PLUS DI-EST 32 is an ISO VG 32 grade, super-premium synthetic compressor lubricant formulated from high-quality diester base stocks and advanced additive systems. Engineered specifically for light to medium-duty applications, this low-viscosity fluid is highly effective for long-term lubrication in screw, rotary vane, lobe, and vacuum pump systems operating under a wide nominal temperature range of $-15^\circ\text{C}$ to $230^\circ\text{C}$. Its robust synthetic chemistry provides outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal breakdown, effectively preventing the formation of carbon, varnish, and sticky lacquer deposits on hot surfaces and internal valves. The lubricant delivers exceptional water separation (demulsibility) and built-in rust protection, allowing condensed water to be easily drained off without forming harmful emulsions. Additionally, with its low volatility, high flash point, and excellent low-temperature fluidity, it drastically reduces oil carryover into downstream air lines, lowers overall oil consumption, and significantly extends drain intervals up to 8,000 hours compared to standard mineral-based oils.
