COMP-PLUS DI-EST 46 is an ISO VG 46 grade, synthetic di-ester based compressor and vacuum pump lubricant designed by Dyade Lubricants. Formulated from top-quality synthetic ester base fluids and specially designed additives, it provides long-term lubrication and outstanding protection for screw, rotary vane, reciprocating, lobe, claw, and vacuum pumps. The fluid boasts a wide nominal operating temperature range of $-15^\circ\text{C}$ to $230^\circ\text{C}$, featuring an exceptionally low pour point of $-54^\circ\text{C}$ and a high flash point of $250^\circ\text{C}$. It strongly resists oxidation, varnish, and carbon formation, which lowers the risk of fire or explosion and extends the oil’s service life up to 8 times longer than standard mineral oils. Additionally, this low-volatility lubricant offers excellent demulsibility for easy water separation, reduces oil carryover into downstream systems, and is versatile enough to be used as an ashless technology hydraulic oil.
