COMP-PLUS DI-EST 68 is an ISO VG 68 grade, premium synthetic lubricant formulated with top-quality diester base fluids and advanced additive systems for industrial air and gas compressors. Highly versatile in design, this fluid provides exceptional, long-term lubrication in screw, rotary vane, reciprocating, lobe, claw, and vacuum pump systems. It operates efficiently across a broad nominal temperature range of $-15^\circ\text{C}$ to $230^\circ\text{C}$ while exhibiting excellent resistance to thermal breakdown and oxidation. This superior formulation prevents the formation of carbon, varnish, and lacquer deposits, ensuring critical internal valves remain clean and free-moving. By offering outstanding wear protection, low volatility, and highly effective heat dissipation, it reduces oil consumption and extends oil drain intervals up to 8,000 hours (about 8 times longer than standard mineral oils).
