COMP-PLUS NON-GLY 32 is an ISO VG 32 grade, premium synthetic compressor lubricant formulated from high-quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) and synthetic ester base stocks, completely free of polyalkylene glycol (PAG/glycol) chemistry. This non-glycol formulation is specifically engineered for rotary screw and vane compressors, ensuring excellent compatibility with system components and preventing the varnish or sludge formation often associated with fluid mixing. It exhibits outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, allowing it to perform reliably at high discharge temperatures while extending oil drain intervals up to 8,000 hours. The lubricant features a high viscosity index and exceptional low-temperature fluidity, providing instant wear protection during cold starts and maintaining a strong protective oil film at peak operating temperatures. Additionally, it offers superior demulsibility for fast water separation, excellent rust and corrosion protection, and exceptionally low volatility to minimize oil carryover into downstream air systems.
