COMP-PLUS NON-GLY 46 is an ISO VG 46 grade, premium synthetic air compressor lubricant specifically formulated from high-quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) and synthetic ester base stocks. Free of polyalkylene glycol (PAG) chemistry, this non-glycol fluid is highly compatible with existing system components and avoids the catastrophic varnish or sludge formation often caused by accidental mixing with other oils. It exhibits excellent thermal and oxidative stability, enabling rotary screw and vane compressors to operate reliably at elevated discharge temperatures while extending drain intervals up to 8,000 hours. The oil's high viscosity index and outstanding low-temperature fluidity ensure instant wear protection upon startup and a highly stable protective film at peak operating temperatures. Additionally, it offers exceptional demulsibility for rapid water separation, robust rust and corrosion protection, and extremely low volatility to minimize oil carryover into downstream compressed air lines.
