COMP-PLUS PAO-AC 100 is an ISO VG 100 grade, 100% synthetic compressor oil engineered from a blend of premium polyalphaolefin (PAO) and synthetic ester base fluids. Specifically optimized for use in rotary vane and reciprocating (piston-type) air compressors, it delivers exceptional wear protection under high load and elevated temperature conditions. Its robust synthetic structure strongly resists oxidation, which minimizes the formation of lacquer, varnish, and carbon deposits on critical valves and pistons. Fortified with powerful anti-rust and advanced water-separation additives, the lubricant ensures condensate can be easily drained to keep the system clean and dry. This low-volatility fluid minimizes oil carryover into downstream lines, maintains excellent foam control, and extends drain intervals up to 8,000 hours, which is up to 8 times longer than standard mineral-based oils.
