COMP-PLUS PAO-AC 220 is an ISO VG 220 grade, 100% synthetic compressor oil expertly formulated from a blend of high-quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) and synthetic ester base fluids. Specifically optimized for use in rotary vane and reciprocating (piston-type) compressors, this heavy-duty lubricant ensures exceptional wear protection and stable performance under extreme loads and temperatures. Its advanced chemistry delivers outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, which effectively prevents the formation of harmful varnish, lacquer, carbon, and acid build-up on critical internal valves and pistons. Fortified with powerful anti-rust and water-separation (demulsibility) additives, it manages water contamination efficiently to prevent corrosion and facilitate easy drainage of accumulated condensate. Additionally, with its low volatility and excellent foam control, this fluid minimizes oil carryover into downstream air lines, maintains superb lubrication during cold-temperature starting, and extends drain intervals up to 8 times longer than standard mineral oils.
