COMP-PLUS PAO-AC 32 is an ISO VG 32 grade, 100% synthetic air compressor lubricant formulated from a premium blend of high-quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) and synthetic ester base fluids. Specifically optimized for rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, this low-viscosity lubricant delivers outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to prevent the formation of harmful varnish, lacquer, and carbon build-up. Under standard industrial operating conditions, it provides an exceptionally long service life of up to 8,000 hours or more, effectively reducing compressor maintenance frequency and costs by lasting up to 8 times longer than standard mineral oils. Fortified with powerful anti-wear, anti-rust, and excellent foam control additives, it minimizes internal heat generation, friction, and component wear to significantly improve overall energy and operating efficiency. Additionally, this high viscosity index fluid maintains an optimal lubricating film across wide temperature fluctuations down to a pour point of $-45^\circ\text{C}$, offers superb water separation (demulsibility) for easy condensate drainage, and guarantees excellent compatibility with system seals, paints, and plastics.
