COMP-PLUS PAO-AC 46 is an ISO VG 46 grade, premium synthetic air compressor lubricant formulated from a high-quality blend of synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) and ester base fluids. Designed primarily for use in rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, this fluid delivers outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to effectively prevent the formation of harmful varnish, lacquer, and carbon build-up. Under normal industrial operating conditions, it provides an exceptionally long service life of up to 8,000 hours, which is up to 8 times longer than standard mineral-based oils. Fortified with powerful anti-wear, anti-rust, and advanced foam control additives, it minimizes friction, reduces heat generation, and protects high-contact parts to improve overall operating efficiency. Additionally, this high viscosity index fluid maintains an optimal lubricating film across wide temperature fluctuations, offers excellent low-temperature pumpability, and features superb water separation (demulsibility) to prevent corrosion and facilitate easy condensate drainage.
