COMP-PLUS PAO-AC 68 is an ISO VG 68 grade, 100% synthetic air compressor lubricant formulated from a high-quality blend of synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) and ester base fluids. Primarily designed for use in rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, it delivers outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to prevent the formation of harmful varnish, lacquer, and carbon build-up. Under normal industrial operating conditions, this premium fluid provides an exceptionally long service life of up to 8,000 hours, which is up to 8 times longer than standard mineral-based oils. Fortified with powerful anti-wear, anti-rust, and advanced foam control additives, it minimizes internal friction, reduces heat generation, and protects high-contact parts to improve overall operating efficiency. Additionally, this high viscosity index fluid maintains an optimal lubricating film across wide temperature fluctuations down to a pour point of $-35^\circ\text{C}$, offers superb water separation (demulsibility) to prevent corrosion, and guarantees excellent compatibility with standard system seals, paints, and coatings.
