COMP-PLUS ROT 100 is an ISO VG 100 grade, high-performance synthetic lubricant engineered by Dyade Lubricants by blending hydrocracked and premium synthetic base stocks with advanced additives. Specifically designed for both rotary (screw and vane) and reciprocating (piston-type) air compressors, this fluid serves as an exceptionally durable coolant and lubricant. It exhibits outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, which prevents the formation of harmful carbon, varnish, and lacquer deposits on critical compressor valves. With a high viscosity index ($>130$) and an excellent flash point ($220^\circ\text{C}$), the oil maintains a stable, protective film at high operating temperatures while minimizing the risk of fire or explosion. Additionally, this low-volatility fluid provides superb water separation (demulsibility) to easily drain off moisture, protects internal components from rust and corrosion, and is fully compatible with mechanical vacuum pumps.
