COMP-PLUS ROT 32 is an ISO VG 32 grade, synthetic lubricant engineered by Dyade Lubricants by blending hydrocracked and premium synthetic base stocks with high-performance additives. Primarily designed as a dual-purpose coolant and lubricant for rotary screw air compressors, this low-viscosity fluid is also highly compatible with lobe, rotary vane, reciprocating compressors, and mechanical vacuum pumps. It features excellent oxidation stability, outstanding film strength, and superb carbon control, which drastically prevents the build-up of harmful lacquer and varnish deposits on critical compressor components. With an exceptional viscosity index exceeding 130 and a low pour point of $-40^\circ\text{C}$, it provides reliable starting performance in cold conditions while maintaining a strong protective oil film at high discharge temperatures. Furthermore, the fluid offers very high flash and auto-ignition points for enhanced operational safety, superb water separability to easily drain moisture, and extremely low volatility to minimize oil carryover and maximize the lifespan of air filtration systems.
