COMP-PLUS ROT 46 is an ISO VG 46 grade, premium synthetic-blend lubricant designed by Dyade Lubricants for industrial air compressors and vacuum systems. It is formulated by blending high-quality hydrocracked and synthetic base stocks with a carefully selected package of high-performance additives. Primarily acting as an exceptionally stable coolant and lubricant for rotary screw air compressors, it is also highly compatible with lobe, rotary vane, reciprocating compressors, and mechanical vacuum pumps. The fluid exhibits superb thermal and oxidation stability, which effectively prevents the build-up of harmful carbon, varnish, and lacquer deposits on critical internal components like valves and rotors. Additionally, it features excellent wear protection, low volatility to minimize oil carryover, and outstanding water separation (demulsibility) to ensure hassle-free condensate drainage and long-lasting system efficiency.
