COMP-PLUS SYNT 32 is an ISO VG 32 grade, super-premium, and biodegradable synthetic compressor fluid engineered specifically for rotary screw air compressors. A standout feature of this lubricant is its complete compatibility with OEM polyglycol fluids, such as Ingersoll Rand SSR Ultracoolant, allowing for direct top-offs without the need for a costly flushing process. It delivers exceptional thermal and oxidative stability, which effectively prevents the formation of harmful varnish and deposit build-ups on internal components. With a high viscosity index of 155 and a very low pour point of -55°C, it ensures reliable start-ups in freezing temperatures and a robust lubricating film under extreme heat. This fluid also offers outstanding water separation and foam control, allowing operators to easily drain off condensate while maintaining excellent cooling efficiency. Finally, it is fully compatible with standard compressor seals and elastomers, and features a high flash point of 250°C to maximize overall operational safety.
