**FUCHS DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY** is a high-performance, bitumen-free special adhesive lubricant supplied in a 400-milliliter aerosol container (400ML AER). It is specifically formulated for the open-air lubrication of open gears, gear rims, racks, chains, and the outer surfaces of wire ropes on equipment such as cranes, excavators, agricultural machinery, and industrial conveying systems. The specialized mineral oil-based formulation incorporates high-performance tackiness improvers and solid graphite lubricants. After the solvent evaporates, it forms a durable, elastic, and dust-dry lubricating film that resists high surface pressures without being squeezed out. Additionally, it provides exceptional resistance to water washout (including hot and saltwater), minimizes wear and operational noise, and prevents dirt and dust accumulation while offering reliable corrosion protection across temperatures ranging from -20°C to +150°C (with the solid graphite film stable up to +300°C).
