LAGERMEISTER WHS 2002 in a 500g screw-in cartridge (SR-Kartusche) contains the same high-performance, white extreme pressure grease based on mineral oil, lithium soap, and PTFE. It is completely free of heavy metals and chlorine compounds, ensuring an environmentally friendly lubrication solution. The grease functions within an operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C, with short-term resistance up to +140°C. It features a base oil kinematic viscosity of 320 mm²/s at 40°C and an NLGI grade of 1-2. The inclusion of special white solid lubricants and additives delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity and robust wear protection. It offers outstanding resistance to water wash-out, reliable corrosion protection, and high adhesiveness. The tacky texture of the grease provides an effective sealing barrier against dust, dirt, and external contaminants. It is well-suited for lubricating plain and roller bearings, as well as steel-to-plastic and plastic-to-plastic sliding pairings. Typical applications include heavy-duty machinery, industrial gear components, sliding surfaces, and conveyor equipment.
