Product Description

LAGERMEISTER WHS 2002 is a white, high-performance extreme pressure grease formulated with mineral oil, lithium soap, and PTFE. The product is completely free of heavy metals and chlorine compounds, making it environmentally friendly. It offers an operational temperature range from -20°C to +120°C, with short-term resistance up to +140°C. The base oil kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 320 mm²/s, and it holds an NLGI grade of 1-2. Exceptional load-carrying capacity and wear protection are achieved through carefully selected white solid lubricants and additives. It provides outstanding water resistance, good corrosion protection, and strong adhesive properties to prevent washout. The fibrous and tacky nature of the grease creates an effective sealing effect against dust and contaminants. It is an excellent lubricant for steel-to-plastic and plastic-to-plastic sliding pairings as well as plain and roller bearings. Typical applications include construction machinery, cranes, conveyor systems, sliding surfaces, and wire rope exterior protection. The 5kg pail packaging is convenient for manual application using brushes or specialized grease guns.
