LAGERMEISTER XXL in a 500g screw-in cartridge (SR-Kartusche) is a high-performance, special long-term universal grease formulated with selected mineral base oils and an advanced polyurea thickener. It is engineered to handle extreme pressure conditions, high mechanical loads, and demanding industrial environments. The grease operates across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +160°C, with short-term resistance capability reaching up to +180°C. It features a base oil kinematic viscosity of 180 mm²/s at 40°C and is classified as an NLGI grade 2 grease under DIN 51502 (KP2P-20). The high-tech additive package delivers exceptional wear protection, outstanding aging resistance, and high structural stability under alternating loads and speeds. It provides reliable water resistance and robust corrosion protection to safeguard metal surfaces in wet or harsh operating conditions. Its formulation often allows for significantly extended relubrication intervals compared to conventional lithium soap greases. Typical applications include heavily loaded plain and roller bearings, electric motors, construction machinery, vibrating screens, and crushers.
