MEISSELPASTE in a 400g cartridge (PLA) is a special high-performance lubricating and assembly paste designed for hydraulic and pneumatic breakers, demolition hammers, and chisels. Formulated with a select mineral base oil and an advanced inorganic thickener, it contains a high concentration of robust solid lubricants such as copper and graphite. The paste is engineered to withstand extreme thermal stresses, functioning effectively across an operating temperature range from -20°C up to +1100°C. It provides exceptional anti-seize performance and reliable protection against galling, sticking, and friction-induced wear on heavily stressed insertion tools and bushing guides. The resilient solid lubricant film prevents direct metal-to-metal contact even under severe impact shocks, high vibrations, and heavy mechanical loads. It offers good resistance against water washout and protects metal components against corrosion in harsh outdoor operating environments. It is ideal for lubricating the wear bushes and plug-in tools of hydraulic demolition hammers used in construction, demolition, and quarrying applications. The 400g cartridge packaging (PLA) allows for clean, convenient, and precise application using standard mechanical or pneumatic grease guns directly onto the chisel shank.
