MEISSELPASTE in a 500g cartridge is a special high-performance lubricating and assembly paste designed for hydraulic and pneumatic breakers, hammers, and chisels. Formulated with a select mineral base oil and an advanced inorganic thickener, it features a high concentration of solid lubricants such as copper and graphite. The paste is engineered to withstand extreme thermal stresses, functioning effectively across a broad temperature range from -20°C up to +1100°C. It provides exceptional anti-seize performance and reliable protection against galling and friction-induced wear on heavily stressed insertion tools and guide bushings. The robust solid lubricant film prevents metal-to-metal contact even under severe impact shocks, high vibrations, and heavy loads. It offers good resistance against water washout and protects metal components against corrosion in harsh outdoor operating environments. It is ideal for lubricating the wear bushes and plug-in tools of hydraulic demolition hammers used in construction, demolition, and quarrying. The 500g cartridge packaging allows for clean, convenient, and precise application using standard grease guns directly onto the chisel shank.
