MEISSELPASTE in a 5kg pail is a special high-performance lubricating and assembly paste specifically designed for hydraulic and pneumatic breakers, hammers, and chisels. Formulated with a select mineral base oil and an advanced inorganic thickener, it contains a high concentration of special solid lubricants like copper and graphite. The paste is engineered to withstand extreme thermal loads, functioning effectively across a temperature range from -20°C up to +1100°C. It provides exceptional anti-seize performance and reliable protection against galling and friction-induced wear on highly stressed insertion tools and bushing guides. The robust solid lubricant film prevents metal-to-metal contact even under severe impact loads, high vibration, and oscillating movements. It offers good resistance against water washout and protects metal components against corrosion in harsh outdoor operating conditions. It is ideal for lubricating the wear bushes and plug-in tools of hydraulic demolition hammers used in construction, quarrying, and civil engineering.
