Product Description

Mobil DTE FM 46 is a high-performance food-grade lubricant designed for hydraulic, compressor, pump, and bearing applications in the food processing and packaging industry. It is formulated to meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and is NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact. The product provides excellent anti-wear protection, outstanding oxidation stability, and superior resistance to corrosion and rust in wet plant environments. Typical technical properties include an ISO viscosity grade of 46, a kinematic viscosity of 46 mm2/s at 40°C and 6.8 mm2/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 100, a density of 0.872 g/ml at 15°C, a pour point of -18°C, and a flash point of 236°C.
