Mobil DTE FM Excel 150 is an advanced, high-performance food-grade lubricant designed for gear, bearing, and circulation systems in the food processing and packaging industry. It is formulated to meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 and is NSF H1 registered for incidental food contact. The product provides exceptional load-carrying capacity, outstanding protection against wear, rust, and corrosion, and excellent water separability in wet operating environments. Typical technical properties include an ISO viscosity grade of 150, a kinematic viscosity of 150 mm2/s at 40°C and 14.8 mm2/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 98, a density of 0.882 g/ml at 15°C, a pour point of -18°C, and a flash point of 250°C.
