Mobil DTE PM 150 is a premium high-performance paper machine oil designed specifically to meet the demanding requirements of modern high-speed industrial paper machine circulating systems. It is formulated from high-quality base stocks and an advanced additive system to provide exceptional resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation, superior protection against rust and corrosion, and excellent anti-wear performance. The product delivers outstanding demulsibility for rapid water separation and effective lubrication under severe operating conditions. Typical technical properties include an ISO viscosity grade of 150, a kinematic viscosity of 150 mm2/s at 40°C and 14.5 mm2/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 97, a density of 0.890 g/ml at 15°C, a pour point of -18°C, and a flash point of 244°C.
