Mobil Pegasus 805 is a high-performance gas engine oil designed for severe-duty, four-cycle gas engines operating under high loads and temperatures. It is an SAE 40 grade lubricant featuring a kinematic viscosity of 130 cSt at 40°C and 13.5 cSt at 100°C. The formulation offers exceptional resistance to oxidation, nitration, and valve train wear while preventing corrosion and acid buildup. With a low sulfated ash content of 0.5% and controlled levels of zinc and phosphorus, it is fully compatible with emission-reduction catalytic converters. Supplied in a 1000-liter container, it is ideal for large-scale industrial operations utilizing turbocharged and naturally aspirated gas engines.
