Mobil Pyrotec HFD 46B is an advanced, fire-resistant hydraulic fluid based on synthetic polyol ester technology, designed for hydraulic systems operating in severe environments with high fire risks. It features an ISO VG 46 viscosity grade and provides excellent anti-wear performance to protect pumps, valves, and system components under high loads. The fluid offers high thermal and oxidation stability to prevent deposit formation and ensure long fluid life during continuous high-temperature operation. Its synthetic formulation provides inherent fire resistance by having a high flash point and auto-ignition temperature, significantly minimizing fire hazards near hot surfaces or flames. Supplied in a 230 kg drum, it is ideally suited for critical industrial applications such as large power plant turbine electro-hydraulic control systems, steel mills, and die casting equipment.
