Mobil SHC Grease 460 WT is an exceptional, high-performance synthetic grease specifically formulated to meet the demanding requirements of wind turbine main bearings operating under extreme loads and variable temperatures. Utilizing an advanced synthetic base fluid combined with a proprietary lithium complex soap thickener, it provides outstanding structural stability, exceptional resistance to mechanical shear, superior load-carrying capacity, and robust protection against wear, rust, and corrosion in harsh environments. Typical technical properties include an NLGI grade of 1.5, a base oil viscosity of 460 mm2/s at 40°C, a dropping point above 240°C, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C.
