Mobil SHC Polyrex 005 is an exceptional, high-performance synthetic polyurea-grease specifically engineered for extreme-temperature industrial applications, including heavily loaded plain and antifriction bearings in steel mills, paper machines, and heavy-duty manufacturing equipment. Formulated with an advanced synthetic base fluid and a proprietary polyurea thickener, it provides superior resistance to thermal degradation, excellent structural stability under high shear, outstanding resistance to water washout, and robust protection against rust and corrosion. Typical technical properties include an NLGI grade of 0/00, a base oil viscosity of 100 mm2/s at 40°C, a dropping point above 260°C, and a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 170°C.
