Mobil SHC Polyrex 222 is an exceptional, high-performance synthetic polyurea-grease specifically engineered for heavy-duty industrial bearings, electric motors, and general plant equipment operating under demanding conditions. Formulated with an advanced synthetic base fluid and a proprietary polyurea thickener, it provides superior resistance to thermal degradation, excellent structural stability under high shear, outstanding resistance to water washout, and robust protection against rust and corrosion. Typical technical properties include an NLGI grade of 2, a base oil viscosity of 220 mm2/s at 40°C, a dropping point above 270°C, and a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 170°C.
