Mobil Slideway Oil Ultra 68 is a premium, high-performance lubricant specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements for accuracy, aqueous coolant separability, and smooth operation of machine tool slideways. Formulated from high-quality mineral base stocks and an advanced additive system featuring a proprietary friction reducer, it provides excellent frictional control, eliminates stick-slip behavior, and ensures high precision and repeatability in machine positioning. Typical technical properties include an ISO viscosity grade of 68, a kinematic viscosity of 68 mm2/s at 40°C and 8.6 mm2/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 98, a density of 0.880 g/ml at 15°C, a pour point of -24°C, and a flash point of 226°C.
