Mobilcut 140 New is a high-performance water-miscible cutting fluid designed for machining a wide range of metals, particularly ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Formulated without chlorine and sulfur, it forms a stable milky emulsion in water that provides excellent cooling and lubricity, helping to extend tool life and improve surface finish while resisting bacterial growth for a long sump life. Typical technical properties include an emulsion appearance that is milky white, a density of approximately 0.940 g/ml at 15°C, a pH of approximately 9.0 at a 5% dilution, and good corrosion protection for machine tools and workpieces.
