Mobilcut 320 New is a high-performance water-miscible cutting fluid designed for heavy-duty machining operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Formulated to form a stable micro-emulsion in water, it provides exceptional cooling and lubricity, helping to maximize tool life, improve surface finish, and enhance machining efficiency while offering strong resistance to bacterial degradation for an extended sump life. Typical technical properties include a translucent to milky emulsion appearance, a density of approximately 0.950 g/ml at 15°C, a pH of approximately 9.2 at a 5% dilution, and excellent corrosion protection for both machine tools and workpieces.
