Mobilfluid 316 M is a high-performance, heavy-duty universal tractor transmission oil (UTTO) engineered to deliver exceptional performance in agricultural and industrial tractors, transmissions, final drives, and hydraulic systems operating under severe conditions. Formulated with advanced base oils and a balanced additive system, it provides superior low-temperature fluidity, excellent friction control to eliminate wet brake chatter, outstanding load-carrying capability, and robust protection against wear, rust, and corrosion. Typical technical properties include an ISO viscosity grade of 68, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 59.0 mm2/s at 40°C and 9.4 mm2/s at 100°C, a high viscosity index of 150, a density of approximately 0.880 g/ml at 15°C, a pour point of -42°C, and a flash point of 215°C.
