Mobilgard 300 C is a premium-quality, next-generation system oil specially engineered for use in two-stroke crosshead marine diesel engines. It is designed to provide superior engine cleanliness, enhanced load-carrying properties, and excellent protection against deposit and sludge buildup in critical areas like the piston undercrown and crankcase. Typical technical properties include an SAE viscosity grade of 30, a kinematic viscosity of approximately 109.0 mm2/s at 40°C and 11.9 mm2/s at 100°C, a viscosity index of 98, a specific gravity of approximately 0.8665 at 15.6°C, a total base number (TBN) of 9 mg KOH/g, a pour point of -24°C, and a flash point of 245°C.
