RENEP CGLP 150 in a 205L metal drum is a specialized, high-performance slideway and hydraulic oil formulated with premium mineral base stocks and a carefully balanced additive system. The high ISO VG 150 viscosity grade forms an exceptionally tough, adhesive lubricating film that effectively eliminates stick-slip phenomena, chatter, and erratic movement, ensuring high positioning accuracy even under extremely heavy loads and very slow sliding speeds. It incorporates special friction-reducing and tackiness additives to prevent squeeze-out and protect against wear and corrosion on both cast steel and synthetic guideway materials. The fluid offers excellent demulsibility, allowing it to separate cleanly from water-miscible metalworking fluids.
