RENEP CGLP 220 in a 205L metal drum is a heavy-duty, high-performance slideway and hydraulic oil formulated with premium mineral base stocks and a carefully balanced additive system. It is specifically designed to meet the rigorous lubrication requirements of large, heavy-duty machine tool slideways, guides, and tables operating under extreme loads, while also being fully compatible with combined hydraulic systems. The high ISO VG 220 viscosity grade forms a thick, exceptionally tough, and adhesive lubricating film that effectively eliminates stick-slip phenomena, chatter, and erratic movement, ensuring high positioning accuracy even under massive loads and very slow sliding speeds. It incorporates special friction-reducing and tackiness additives to prevent squeeze-out and provide superior protection against wear and corrosion on both conventional cast iron and synthetic guideway materials. The fluid offers excellent demulsibility, allowing it to separate cleanly from water-miscible metalworking fluids.
