RENEP CGLP 220 in a 5L container is a heavy-duty, high-performance slideway and hydraulic oil formulated with premium mineral base stocks and a carefully balanced additive system. It is specifically designed to meet the rigorous lubrication requirements of machine tool slideways, guides, and tables operating under extreme loads, while also being fully compatible with combined hydraulic systems. The high ISO VG 220 viscosity grade forms a thick, exceptionally tough, and adhesive lubricating film that effectively eliminates stick-slip phenomena, chatter, and erratic movement, ensuring high positioning accuracy even under massive loads and very slow sliding speeds. It incorporates special friction-reducing and tackiness additives to prevent squeeze-out and provide superior protection against wear and corrosion on both conventional cast iron and synthetic guideway materials. The fluid offers excellent demulsibility, allowing it to separate cleanly from water-miscible metalworking fluids. The compact 5L packaging is extremely portable, easy to pour, and ideal for small workshops, precision toolrooms, and quick top-offs in individual machine tool reservoirs.
