RENEP CGLP 32 is a high-performance slideway and hydraulic oil formulated with premium mineral base stocks and a carefully balanced additive system. It is specifically designed to meet the rigorous lubrication requirements of machine tool slideways, guides, and tables, while also being fully suitable for combined hydraulic systems conforming to DIN 51524-2. The ISO VG 32 viscosity grade forms a tough, adhesive lubricating film that effectively eliminates stick-slip phenomena, chatter, and erratic movement, ensuring high positioning accuracy even under moderate loads and slower sliding speeds. It incorporates special friction-reducing and tackiness additives to prevent squeeze-out and provide superior protection against wear and corrosion on both conventional cast iron and synthetic guideway materials. The fluid offers excellent demulsibility, allowing it to separate cleanly from water-miscible metalworking fluids.
