The ISO VG 68 viscosity grade forms a tough, adhesive lubricating film that effectively eliminates stick-slip phenomena, chatter, and erratic movement, ensuring high positioning accuracy even under moderate loads and slower sliding speeds. It incorporates special friction-reducing and tackiness additives to prevent squeeze-out and provide superior protection against wear and corrosion on both conventional cast iron and synthetic guideway materials. The fluid offers excellent demulsibility, allowing it to separate cleanly from water-miscible metalworking fluids.
