FUCHS RENISO PAG 46 is a fully synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant formulated from high-grade polyalkylene glycols (PAG). With an ISO VG 46 viscosity grade, it is specifically engineered for automotive air conditioning (A/C) systems using R134a refrigerants, as well as select stationary refrigeration systems operating with ammonia (NH3) or hydrocarbon refrigerants. The fluid offers outstanding miscibility and thermal-chemical stability with R134a, ensuring efficient oil return and continuous lubrication across all operating temperature ranges. Its exceptionally high viscosity index delivers low-temperature fluidity during cold starts alongside a stable, wear-resistant lubricating film at elevated operating temperatures.
