FUCHS RENISO TRITON SE 220 is a fully synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant formulated from thermally stable polyol esters (POE). With an ISO VG 220 viscosity grade, it is specifically engineered for high-load industrial refrigeration and air conditioning compressors operating with chlorine-free fluorinated refrigerants (HFC and HFO), such as R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, and R410A, as well as ultra-low temperature systems using R23. The fluid demonstrates high thermo-chemical stability and excellent miscibility with HFC/HFO refrigerants, ensuring effective oil return and efficient heat transfer throughout the cooling circuit. Its high viscosity index forms a strong, wear-resistant lubricating film to protect heavy-duty screw, piston, and turbo compressors under high operating temperatures and pressures. Additionally, FUCHS RENISO TRITON SE 220 fulfills and exceeds the requirements of DIN 51503-1 for groups KC, KD, and KE.
