FUCHS RENISO TRITON SEZ 68 is a fully synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant formulated from thermally stable polyol esters (POE). With an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade, it is specifically engineered for refrigeration, deep-freezing, and air conditioning systems operating with chlorine-free fluorinated refrigerants (HFC and HFO), such as R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, R410A, and R23. The fluid demonstrates excellent thermo-chemical stability and outstanding miscibility with HFC/HFO refrigerants, ensuring effective oil return from the evaporator back to the compressor. Its high viscosity index provides solid low-temperature flow properties along with a strong, wear-resistant oil film to protect internal compressor bearings and components in hermetic, semi-hermetic, and open piston or screw compressors under demanding thermal loads.
