FUCHS RENOFORM UBO 377/9 is a low-viscosity, fast-evaporating ("vanishing") forming lubricant formulated with highly refined, aromatic-free synthetic hydrocarbons and specialized performance additives. Designed specifically for light-to-medium stamping, punching, blanking, and thin-sheet metal drawing, it provides excellent lubricity and tool protection across steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal operations. The fluid's controlled evaporation leaves only an ultra-thin, low-residue film on component surfaces. In most cases, this eliminates the need for post-process degreasing prior to subsequent downstream operations such as welding, soldering, or painting. Additionally, RENOFORM UBO 377/9 features a high flash point (> 60 °C) for improved workplace safety, low-odor characteristics, and chlorine-free chemistry.
