FUCHS RENOLIN 503 VDL 68 is a premium, mineral oil-based air compressor lubricant formulated from selected, highly refined base oils and an advanced ashless additive package. With an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade, it is specifically engineered for stationary and mobile air compressors—including reciprocating (piston) and rotary compressors—operating at elevated discharge temperatures up to +220 °C. The fluid demonstrates exceptional thermo-chemical aging resistance, low evaporation losses, and an extremely low coking/carbonization tendency. This minimizes carbon deposit buildup on hot valve seats, pistons, and discharge pipes, significantly reducing the risk of valve sticking or compressor fires and explosions. Additionally, RENOLIN 503 VDL 68 provides fast air release, rapid demulsibility (water separation), and robust protection against wear and rust. It fully meets and exceeds the stringent requirements of DIN 51506 VDL.
