FUCHS RENOLIN 504 VDL 100 is a premium, mineral oil-based air compressor lubricant formulated from selected, highly refined core-fractionate base oils and an advanced ashless additive package. With an ISO VG 100 viscosity grade, it is specifically engineered for severe-duty stationary and mobile reciprocating (piston) air compressors operating with high final compression temperatures up to +220 °C. The fluid exhibits exceptional thermal and oxidation stability, extremely low coking tendencies, and minimal carbon deposit formation on hot discharge valves and piping systems. This significantly reduces the risk of valve sticking, manifold blockages, and compressor fires or explosions. Additionally, RENOLIN 504 VDL 100 offers rapid demulsibility (water separation), excellent anti-foam characteristics, fast air release, and robust anti-wear and corrosion protection for internal compressor components. It fully fulfills and exceeds the stringent requirements of DIN 51506 VDL (ISO VG 100).
