FUCHS RENOLIN ANTI-STICK-SLIP is a specialized performance additive concentrate formulated to prevent and eliminate stick-slip phenomena, judder, and chattering in hydraulic systems operating under high loads and very low sliding speeds. Built on active surface-treated compounds, it creates an ultra-tough, low-friction boundary layer on metal interfaces to ensure smooth, precise micro-positioning of hydraulic cylinders, actuators, and valve pistons without jerking or vibration. The concentrate is universally miscible and compatible with conventional mineral oil-based, hydro-treated, and polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydraulic fluids (zinc-containing or ashless). It maintains full compatibility with standard seals, elastomers, hose packages, and internal system components. It is widely used in hydraulic elevators, forklifts, platform lifts, agricultural machinery, and industrial vibration dampers.
