FUCHS RENOLIN B 15 HVI is a premium, high viscosity index (HVLP type according to DIN 51524-3) shear-stable hydraulic and general lubricating fluid. Formulated from high-grade base stocks combined with a zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) additive system and shear-resistant Viscosity Index (VI) improvers, it features an ISO VG 46 viscosity grade with a elevated viscosity index (VI > 150). It is specifically engineered for hydraulic systems operating across wide temperature fluctuations and extreme ambient conditions—such as mobile construction equipment, forestry machinery, marine hydraulics, and outdoor industrial installations. Its multigrade shear stability keeps the oil film consistent, preventing fluid thinning under severe heat and shear while maintaining easy pumpability during cold startups. RENOLIN B 15 HVI offers high oxidation resistance, rapid air release, fast water separation (demulsibility), and strong protection against wear and corrosion on internal steel and copper alloy components.
