FUCHS RENOLIN B 20 VG 68 is a high-performance, mineral oil-based hydraulic and general lubricating fluid (HLP type according to DIN 51524-2). Formulated with highly refined, aging-resistant mineral base oils and an advanced zinc-containing anti-wear (AW) and mild extreme-pressure (EP) additive package, it features an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade designed for heavy-stress mobile and stationary hydraulic systems operating under high loads or elevated ambient temperatures. The fluid offers excellent thermal and oxidation stability, preventing sludge and varnish buildup even under continuous heavy-duty service. It features rapid water separation (demulsibility), low foaming, fast air release, and outstanding wet/dry filterability, ensuring consistent power transmission and protecting high-pressure pumps and control valves from cavitation and wear. Synergistic inhibitors safeguard steel, iron, and copper alloy (yellow metal) components against rust and corrosive wear. RENOLIN B 20 VG 68 meets and exceeds major international standards, including DIN 51524-2 (HLP), ISO 6743-4 (HM), Denison HF-0 / HF-1 / HF-2, Vickers, and Cincinnati Machine P-69.
